Leo Bauerlein-Kelly

Volunteer

Leo is a fourth-year undergraduate student with a deep passion for research. He began working with the SNIHP Lab in Winter 2025 while also contributing to the Multisensory Processing Lab. His early interests centered on youth psychosis and its developmental trajectory into early adulthood. Since joining the SNIHP Lab, these interests have expanded alongside a growing foundation in HIV-related social and psychopathological outcomes. As a volunteer research assistant, Leo contributes by developing and refining research questions, managing data collection, and scoring neuropsychological assessments. He is continually inspired by the lab’s evolving work and is confident that this opportunity has been key in shaping his development as a future MD candidate.
