Sanika Shahapurkar

Volunteer

Sanika joined the SNIHP lab in the Fall of 2025. She previously worked in a clinical diagnostics lab and is honored to now be involved in neuropsychology and health research. As a volunteer, she analyzes data and literature, conducts over-the-phone participant assessments, scores neuropsychological assessments, and shadows in-person participant visits. Sanika is an undergraduate student at UCLA with a major in Neuroscience and minor in Global Health. She is pursuing medical school and hopes to specialize in neurology, psychiatry, or OBGYN.
